I fell in love with Tolga already in 2012, when I met him during search of father for Luna’s second litter. That time I had him borrowed for two weeks. His incredibly amazing character and sad life story, just convinced me, that I will buy him from his owners as soon as possible. The whole year had passed by before Tolga came to us, but in the Fall last year with help from Štěpan Václavík, Tolga finally arrived back from Croatia once forever.

Tolga’s turkish ancestors are well known, his father Zalim, coming straight from shepherds, is a dog with excellent reputation of livestock guardian and wolf killer. Mr. Onur Kanli, the breeder of Tolga was speaking highly about Zalim’s offsprings as they are also excellent guardians and are not afraid of superior numbers of any animal predators standing against to them. Tolga’s mother is beautiful bitch Cello (her breeder is again Mr.Onur Kanli), daughter of excellent Sirin coming from Odaci brothers (Sirin is a sister of famous dog Odaci’s Panter) and Volga, one of the famous Kangals of Turkey. Volga has several times become a winner of worldwide known Kangal festival during his life, his offsprings inherited amazing exterior and excellent strong characters from him, which is manifesting itself on his grand and great grandchildren (among others Tolga impressed us on the first sight with extraordinary similarity to his grandfather Volga). Ancestors of Tolga (like himself) were and will be healthy, resistant and strong animals with solid and loyal characters and beuatiful exterior.

Tolga is our darling, they are competing with Mohikan, which one will be more loved by us. Before he came to Czech, he experienced some hard times, even though he has not given up any trust to people or the other dogs. He is thankful for every single pet we give him, he is gentle to his ladies and loving friend of kids.

We found Mohikan the similar way as we did some of the other dogs in our pack. It was a matter of chance, when I met him in August last year during mating Luna with Aslan at Eren Celik in Germany. I was so impressed by the two 6 months old brothers Mohikan and Asil which came to Germany as young puppies together with their sister Malala, as one of the first dogs with official pedigree of Turkish Kennel Club – KIF, so that they spread excellent turkish Panter bloodline into the „European“ breeding and last not least to carry on the line of their famous but not in local blood present great grandfather Panter Mohikan.

After little negotiating I was suddenly on my way home with the most dominant dog I could ever imagine. Handsome after his parents and grandfather which comes from one of the leading breeder, Baris Cicek.
As the time went by Mohikan grew up and became stronger, some days of our life with this spoiled little kid :-) were quite hard, but we all got used to each other, Mohikan became big children lover, our home clown and same as Astra the incorruptible home guardian.
